Delivery
Items in stock ship within 3 business days of the order; pre-orders at the time shown on their page. See Shipping and returns for delivery times.
Returns and exchanges
Within 7 days of delivery, for products with their tags attached, not worn outdoors and without dirt or damage from after delivery. Socks, products missing a part or an accessory, pre-orders and gift wrapping are excluded. Contact us through the contact form first. Return shipping for the customer’s own reasons is at the customer’s cost (no cash on delivery). See Shipping and returns.
Cancellation
To cancel an order once it is placed, contact us through the contact form. An order that has already shipped cannot be cancelled.
